Majda Hachemi
Majda Hachemi is a business lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Boston College Law School, a Master II in Business and Commercial Law and a University Diploma in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
Her practice focuses on corporate and M&A, foreign investment, regulatory matters and projects, with a particular focus on Africa.
Majda has several years of experience advising international companies and investors on transactions, investments and projects across North, West and Central Africa, with particular experience in Algeria and North Africa.
Her professional background combines private practice and in-house experience. Majda practised within the Africa practices of business law firms in Paris and Algiers and worked in-house on infrastructure and industrial projects across the continent.
Her practice draws on this experience to advise on the legal, regulatory and practical aspects of international investments and cross-border projects in African markets.
